Great amount of space. Loved the hot tub and the pool. We had some minor issues that we addressed throughout and had a pleasant response in return. Needs updating, showing its rental wear and tear and stains. We were told they will be replacing the carpets and painting everything in January 2020. There are beach towels/pool towels on hand which came in handy. Whoever cleans the home in between rentals needs to do a more thorough job. Overall a decent experience. We were able to accept deliveries as long as someone was at the home.
The owner and management company was very helpful and made our holiday stress free from checking in to checking out. Would highly recommend this property.
Although the weather wasn’t the best for our visit it still didn’t ruin our amazing holiday and most of that was down to our fantastic accommodation, I would definitely recommend this villa to anyone.

The location is excellent with easy access to all the parks and plenty of nearby restaurants and supermarkets to choose from. The estate is very well maintained with a very friendly guard on the gated community. The club house was just across the road and offered a large pool, lazy river and cocktails! The owners were excellent in communicating with us, especially as our visit was delayed due to Hurricane Irma. Would definitely recommend!”

We have young children and it was great to not have to plan or drag all our stuff with us because we were so close to the amenities that we didn’t mind running back across the street if we needed anything.
The theatre room was a big hit too. Our children needed some rest time after all the swimming and time at Disney and the theatre provided a great space to put on movie and let them chill out. The owners were very good and responded to questions very quickly. The linens and mattresses we excellent as well. Overall we would recommend this house to anyone. We hope you have as much fun as we had!”
Its location is on a new development, but bars, restaurants and supermarkets are all within a ten minute drive. The Disney and Universal resorts are also close by and very easy to get to. This is one of the best accommodations I have ever stayed at, and I will definitely return in the future! Thank you for a fantastic, and Magical Holiday!
All the diverse needs and wants of such a large party were catered for by the excellent facilities both at the villa and at the complex itself. The cinema room proved popular as did the heated pool and the pool and table tennis tables.
The complex had additional swimming facilities that also proved popular with many of our party. The villa itself was clean, comfortable and well presented with every facility we needed. The kitchen was equipped to the usual, rental property standard with just about every utensil you are likely to need on holiday, but we spent most of our time eating out.
We rented a gas barbecue grill through the management company and enjoyed a couple of enjoyable evenings eating at the villa. The villa is on a new development at the end of a fairly long road off the US192, so it was fairly convenient for the attractions of the 192 and the major parks and attractions were easily accessible, The only issue we had at the villa was a travel cot that was broken and couldn’t be set up, but the management company were very good and replaced it immediately to avoid any further inconvenience.
The owners too, were very attentive and kept in regular contact before and after our holiday to ensure everything was right for us. We had a great time with our large family group and the villa helped to bring us all together for a wonderful holiday. Thank you.
The photos don’t show how big it really is. The pool club house across the road was lovely and really clean and the villa was close to all the Disney parks.

The pool area was lovely and we visited the nearby clubhouse on several occasions. It was great to take the children over to use the lazy river, football and volleyball pitches.
This was a great villa, perfect location and 5 star interior. we have been visiting Orlando for many years but i can honestly say this is the only villa that i would return to. Even more expensive villas have not lived up to this one!”

It is in a great location, it took less than 15 minutes to get to Disney World; and restaurants, grocery stores and shopping is within close proximity. Our favorite restaurant was Bahama Breeze. The Staff were great! From my first inquiry, prompt attention was given to every call and email.

The villa itself was Very impressive featuring its very own Cinema! Heated pool and Jacuzzi along with outdoor table tennis and a pool table upstairs. The Villa is kept very clean and is decorated very stylish.
All rooms are of a generous size with their own on-suites. There is the perfect amount of privacy from the other villa surrounding and on site security gives you that extra piece of mind.
Unfortunately our flight home was cancelled due to bad weather at the airport we was heading to, this causing so many issues was made so much better by the support we got from Christie, who as soon as we let her know did her very best to get us settled back in the villa (as it was luckily free for the next few days) Christie ensured we would be let back in and was comfortable for the rest of our time there, we literally couldn’t have asked for more.
The team running this villa truly want your vacation to be the best and do everything they can to make sure your stay is as enjoyable as possible from keeping the villa so immaculate to leaving welcome packs and information for you look through to find your feet on arrival.
We would definitely recommend staying here and will certainly be visiting again, i really feels it suits all ages and with it being just a short drive away from all main attractions its perfect for either a chilled, relaxed stay or the fun packed Florida Visit that most families travel to Orlando for.
