We have had the pleasure of staying in the beautiful villa in Cobapino and have made multiple return visits. A beautiful luxurious home from home that boasts a lovely pool area that often feels exclusive. Well located near shops, restaurants, golf courses and beach’s and close enough to other local towns and beaches that our holiday could be as relaxed or as varied as we liked. Sym villas make everything from booking to arrival to departure very simple and effective and I couldn’t recommend enough. We will be heading back soon enough as it is now a favourite holiday of my parents and young children as it makes an extended family holiday even more possible and special.
Our stay at this beautiful Spanish villa was nothing short of magical! From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the spaciousness and brightness of the townhouse. The design is both inviting and luxurious, with lovely areas throughout that make it perfect for relaxation. Each room is thoughtfully designed to create a breezy, open atmosphere that fills the space with natural light. One of our favorite features was the private terraces, where we enjoyed our morning coffee and evening cocktails while soaking up the gorgeous Spanish sun. The warm, inviting pool was the centerpiece of our days, providing a refreshing escape from the heat. We spent hours lounging by the poolside, enjoying the tranquil environment and the beautifully landscaped gardens. A short stroll away is Cocoa Beach Restaurant, easily one of the best beachside dining experiences we've ever encountered. The food was beautiful, and the ambiance perfectly complemented the stunning ocean view. For those looking to explore, Marbella is just a quick taxi ride away. We took advantage of this proximity to enjoy the vibrant nightlife and shopping that the area has to offer. In summary, this villa exceeded all our expectations. It's the perfect blend of comfort, luxury, and location. We can't recommend it enough for families, large groups or even just couples.
The location was perfect - the beach was literally a 5 minute walk away, which was so convenient. And the villas themselves were just incredible. The place was spotless, with a gorgeous modern design and all the amenities we could have wanted. The on site pool was the perfect spot to relax and soak up the sun, and having a little shop and restaurant right on-site was so handy for grabbing snacks and drinks. We loved being able to have our own space but still be close to the action in Marbella. The city center was just a short drive away, with all the high-end shopping and dining we could ask for. But then we'd come back to our villa and feel like we had our own little oasis. Seriously, if you're looking for the perfect balance of luxury, convenience, and relaxation in Marbella, the SYM villas are the way to go. Can't wait to plan our next trip! What can I say but amazing!!.. within an hour from the airport you arrive at a gated community which is very safe and secure. Upon entering the villa you soon realise the cleanliness and fabulous interior of the villa. You have all the space you need including the roof top terrace which is great to sit out in the evening…The beach and port is only a 10 minute walk which includes the wonderful beach bar “ANDY’S” which is must visit. The port offers excellent restaurants which we used most nights. We also travelled around the area using UBER making it very easy to get around. This villa is ideal for a family holiday or a long weekend!! We will be back…

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SYM VILLAS
1. DEFINITIONS
– “Booking” means the agreement between the Client and SYM Villas for the rental of the Villa.
– “Client” means the person or persons who make a Booking with SYM Villas.
– “Villa” means either the Orlando, Algarve or Marbella property depending on your booking.
– “SYM Villas” means SYM Villas, a company registered at The Pines, Lisvane Road, Cardiff CF14 0SF.
2. BOOKING AND PAYMENT TERMS
– The minimum stay for the Villa is 5 days.
– A deposit of 20% of the total booking fee is required to secure the Booking or you have the option of paying in full at checkout.
– The balance of the booking fee is due 42 days (6 weeks) prior to arrival.
– Payment can be made via BACS payment or online.
3. CANCELLATION POLICY
– If the Client cancels the Booking within the first 28 days SYM Villas will refund any payments minus any applicable fees.
– After these 28 days the deposit becomes none refundable and is treated as a holding fee.
-If for any reason any of the villa properties are sold this would be with over 12 weeks notice to your stay and you will be eligible for a full refund.
4. DAMAGE AND LOSS
– The Client is responsible for any damage or loss caused to the Villa or its contents during the stay.
– SYM Villas reserves the right to charge the Client for any damage or loss.
5. LOCAL GOVERNMENT LAWS AND REGULATIONS
– The Client must comply with all local government laws and regulations in the are of their booking.
6. RESPONSIBILITY
– SYM Villas will not be liable for any loss or damage caused to the Client or their guests, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.
7. GOVERNING LAW
– These Terms and Conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the country of your bookingl.
8. CHANGES TO TERMS AND CONDITIONS
– SYM Villas reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time.
