TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SYM VILLAS

1. DEFINITIONS

– “Booking” means the agreement between the Client and SYM Villas for the rental of the Villa.

– “Client” means the person or persons who make a Booking with SYM Villas.

– “Villa” means either the Orlando, Algarve or Marbella property depending on your booking.

– “SYM Villas” means SYM Villas, a company registered at The Pines, Lisvane Road, Cardiff CF14 0SF.

2. BOOKING AND PAYMENT TERMS

– The minimum stay for the Villa is 5 days.

– A deposit of 20% of the total booking fee is required to secure the Booking or you have the option of paying in full at checkout. 

– The balance of the booking fee is due 42 days (6 weeks) prior to arrival.

– Payment can be made via BACS payment or online.

3. CANCELLATION POLICY

– If the Client cancels the Booking within the first 28 days SYM Villas will refund any payments minus any applicable fees.

– After these 28 days the deposit becomes none refundable and is treated as a holding fee. 

-If for any reason any of the villa properties are sold this would be with over 12 weeks notice to your stay and you will be eligible for a full refund.

4. DAMAGE AND LOSS

– The Client is responsible for any damage or loss caused to the Villa or its contents during the stay.

– SYM Villas reserves the right to charge the Client for any damage or loss.

5. LOCAL GOVERNMENT LAWS AND REGULATIONS

– The Client must comply with all local government laws and regulations in the are of their booking.

6. RESPONSIBILITY

– SYM Villas will not be liable for any loss or damage caused to the Client or their guests, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.

7. GOVERNING LAW

– These Terms and Conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the country of your bookingl.

8. CHANGES TO TERMS AND CONDITIONS

– SYM Villas reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time.

By making a Booking with SYM Villas, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
